"The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in."

"We were able to have great communication with the hosts Scott and Lynn, and Scott was there to meet us and give a quick lay of the land. We had a nice spot near the creek basically to ourselves and were able to have a great spot near DuPont and Pisgah bike trails! Definitely would recommend!"

"Multi family dwelling but for our needs was fantastic. Spotless and excellently appointed. The facility was full and another family group was in the other parts. Although they were up visiting much later than we were there was no noise coming through to keep us up! Small issue came up but the owner was as seeet and quick to rectify as could be expected and went above and beyond. If we were to have the opportunity to return we would 100% contact them to stay there if possible."
