Brookstone Lodge near Biltmore Village, an Ascend Collection Hotel

"Great location and good breakfast. Room could use some maintenance. The bath mat for inside shower needs to be replaced. The shower door wouldn't close kept opening up. Bed frame was rusty. It was a good value though. Samori at the front desk was very helpful to me."

"The property is close to the Biltmore Estate and Blue Ridge Pkwy access. Nice area. Appeared very clean and has several updates in relation to the probable age and basics of the motel property. AC in good working order. Literally a short walk to the very popular Texas Roadhouse. Some drawbacks that may be good to know. My room faced a busy street and the door could use some additional insulation. Picked up a lot of street noise. The parking lot is tight."
