"My room phone was inoperable. Could not set up a wake up call or call if emergency. My alarm clock was dead, useless. No time, no alarm. No excuse for these two items to be broken. It says a lot about management."

"The room was clean. It was a suite so we had plenty of toom. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. It is dog friendly. The decor was very cute all over the hotel. The breakfast was yummy. The staff was friendly. The lady at might was super friendly and helpful. The lady in the morning was also super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. We had a sixth floor suite. The view was even nice."

"The bed was VERY comfortable and there was no noise from highway or neighbors. There was plenty of room in our suite and it was Very clean and tidy; Cleaner than an air*nb we stayed at recently. The stay was enjoyable and it was too bad it was for only one night. Lol. An oddity though was they watered the fake flowers pots in front. Thought it funny. We would stay there again!"
