"This was an immaculately clean and brightly colored hotel, but nothing really "stand out." Pretty standard chain hotel. Minimalism in rooms almost to a fault... only one chair to sit and watch TV. One staff member was proactively helpful and friendly, but other 3 seemed indifferent. Variety of breakfast items, but very basic quality, and nothing "stand out," (except the biscuits were really good.!) Very limited parking! We got back around 10:30pm and literally got the last spot. So clean and updated, but nothing else exceptional."

"This is a newly renovated hotel and they did an amazing job! The location is great (very close to the Biltmore Estate), the beds are comfortable, the rooms are large and the staff are incredibly helpful! I’d definitely stay there again!!"

"Beautiful property with breathtaking views! Check in was a breeze although we didn’t want to utilize the valet, and that was a little confusing. Just FYI, it’s $35/day and the parking lot is a very short walk from the hotel. Everything was clean and pristine. Even the hallways are beautifully appointed. We had our two children age 12 and 13, but didn’t see any other kids on the property. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and had amazing service! We didn’t utilize the shuttles around property, because we had our car, but they are offered to the village and house. The rooms are gorgeous and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. We appreciated the great shower pressure and in-room steamer. Our only issue was the comfort of the beds and pillows. Every member of our family complained about their sleep quality as a result. Overall, I would stay here again, but definitely bring my own pillow."
