"This was our second visit to Springdale and we loved every minute of it! The views are spectacular, they have the nicest staff and the food at the Rocky Face Tavern is amazing! We will definitely be back soon!"

"Beautiful property with breathtaking views! Check in was a breeze although we didn’t want to utilize the valet, and that was a little confusing. Just FYI, it’s $35/day and the parking lot is a very short walk from the hotel. Everything was clean and pristine. Even the hallways are beautifully appointed. We had our two children age 12 and 13, but didn’t see any other kids on the property. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and had amazing service! We didn’t utilize the shuttles around property, because we had our car, but they are offered to the village and house. The rooms are gorgeous and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. We appreciated the great shower pressure and in-room steamer. Our only issue was the comfort of the beds and pillows. Every member of our family complained about their sleep quality as a result. Overall, I would stay here again, but definitely bring my own pillow."

"The elevator was broken so we had to climb the stairs to our 4th floor room but other than that, it was peaceful, clean and just fine for a overnight stop. The breakfast was not as extensive as I thought it would be, but there were several options for a quick grab and go breakfast. Would stay again, as long as the elevator is operational!"
