"The hotel is comfortable, clean, and convenient if you need to catch an early flight out of Asheville. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but the hotel identified a room for us immediately. Convenient and complementary parking in the adjacent garage is a plus. Overall, a very nice end to our trip to the Carolinas."

"Such a fabulous stay while visiting the Biltmore! The room was clean, roomy and quiet. The staff were all very helpful, especially Renee at the front desk. You have several very good dining options right here in the Village. We ate at the Bistro and the trout was so fresh! The sunflower field adjacent to the property was in full bloom and seemed to meander along forever! Cute shops and great ice cream all within steps of the hotel. Oh, and live music both in the hotel courtyard and in the square. Adored this place! Would love to come back someday!"

"From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. Check in was very easy and they even offered to share some good places to eat. The room was very very clean. We stayed 5 nights and this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It is on a busy road with lots of traffic but also is very easy to get to the Biltmore Estate that we wanted to tour. Can’t wait to come back here again."

"Staff was very nice, room was VERY clean, we didn’t get to use any amenities or visit the restaurant at the motel. The rooms are a little dated but they are working on updating but the room was comfy, clean and quiet. We would have loved to have been able to see the river from a window instead we got a building with tall grass. We had a great time and slept well and it’s very convenient to the shops. We will definitely stay again"

"Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Elevators were broke and no shower curtain in bathroom. Good location it's the first stop before you get get to sylva nc."
