But this one is like a home away from home.. every housekeeper I seen was very friendly, front desk was helpful with any questions I had.. the room I was in was really big and roomy.. next time I go to Cherokee I'm booking here again... Not too far from the casino and very peaceful area"

"This was an old, but renovated, motel. Very clean room including clean beds/sheets, spotless bathroom, working fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Beds very comfortable. The sink (vanity) was in the bedroom (like we've encountered in Europe), and its positioning in the room was slightly inconvenient, but it was clean and the light was good. No problem for us. I'd definitely recommend the place, but don't expect a high end Sheraton or Hilton."

One of our kids got sick while we were there, and the front desk staff were very helpful with getting new sheets at 11pm and scrounging up extra towels for us. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and on top of things. She was a bit overwhelmed because she had a half dozen things that needed refilling all at once and didn't have any help from front desk. The pancake machine took a lot of her time making it work properly, but...
