"There was a septic tank issue, which flooded the bathroom. I had to find another place to stay. Evolve refused to refund me for that night. Never again. "

"We had a great time. The cabin was perfect for a family of four and our dog. Close to the skiing slopes and restaurants, surrounded by mountains and peaceful surrounding. Owners were communicating well throughout the stay. We are looking forward to our next stay."

"Comfy little manufactured home in the Maggie Valley. The bed was comfy...and the home had everything we needed for a pleasant stay"

"Outdoor fireplace was wonderful. "

"Good location. Close to everything. You will definitely need AWD or 4WD for the driveway though (which is stated in the listing). Many little necessities left for guests that a lot of places don’t provide. We would stay again for sure."
