Maggie Valley Creekside Lodge

"The room was clean other than some cracker crumbs left under the desk area. The staff had forgotten to lock the adjoining room door so had to go bring this to attention of the clerk. She just said I won’t rent that room out. The balcony was not well kept at all and the vinyl on building hallways is extremely dusty! Need some Steps so guests can access the creek! There should also be limits on guests level of noise with music. We had some ladies downstairs & over about 2 rooms that played music loudly out back. We were there to rest n they were there for partyiny & drinking. The guy below us was smoking weed as well with a drift coming up on balcony! We could’ve called desk but just retreated back into our room instead of enjoying the balcony we paid extra to have and not causing any issues since only there for one night. Had we been there for longer we would have complaned. The clerk was not very friendly but guess southerners expect a little more than some are willing to give."

"A heated greenhouse around the pool does not mean the pool is heated. Definitely some false advertisement there. Other than that the stay was great."

"Everything was very clean. The only thing that we where not happy with was the room being up stairs. When we let them know that we both have COPD they would have offered us a room down stairs."

"First time in Maggie Valley and first time staying at the Valley Inn. Staff was most helpful and very nice! Pet friendly and loved the view of the creek. We will be coming back."

"Maggie‘s song was the perfect getaway Cabin in the Maggie Valley Asheville area. We enjoyed taking day trips to Asheville and driving to Highlands and cashiers then come back to the cabin in the early afternoon and cook supper grill steaks or hamburgers and relax in the peaceful setting of Maggie song."

"Overall a good stay. We had some issues with the internet upon arrival but the host was ready, willing and able to help. She was available via text the whole time and answered all questions/concerns promptly. The house was lovely and provided a relaxing and quiet place for my family. Also the outside screened in pet area was a wonderful addition for my kitties!"
