"The cabin was clean and covered the basics. The bed was not very comfortable and the AC unit did not cool the entire house well. The bathroom in particular stayed very hot. It was okay for a quick and cheap stay, but I wouldn’t want to stay more than a couple nights. We did enjoy the hot tub and appreciated good communication from the office when needed. "

"Beautiful lodge and property. I was looking for something tucked in the mountains that would accomodate my dog. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Mountain cabin was clean and very comfortable. Got some.nreakfsst sandwiches in the morning, amd the biscuits were delicious. There are also miles of hiking trails on and near the property, and a gorgeous river. "

"Beautiful lodge in a beautiful, quiet setting, with attentive,friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent. The restaurant cozy, romantic atmosphere with a nice view of the mountains. Only issue was upstairs lodge room was hot, one of the windows didn’t work and made sleeping uncomfortable. I’d stayed there before in a cottage which was much better without the temperature issues, so I’d stay there again, but choose a cottage instead of a lodge room. "The stay was great!"

"The cabin was reasonably priced and really convenient to visit the Great Smoky Mountains, followed by shoppers and dining near Sylva. The beds were comfortable, and the view of the creek outside the cabin was very pleasant to picnic next to."

A Yearly Favorite.

"I love this place. It’s affordable, comfortable, quiet, quant, and a great launch off place for adventures around the Smokies. This is our second time here and we already want to go back. Also, you can bring your dog. My dog Shadow loves coming and staring from the deck to look for squirrels. The best part is the hot tub. You’ll get spoiled the next time you go to a hotel hot tub and have to share with strangers. There’s a fully stocked kitchen as well. You’re pretty isolated around the Smokies so it’s nice to run to the Ingles in Bryson City and cook at home. Can’t wait to come back! "
