"Our room in Cherokee tower had definitely seen better days. Carpet stained, bathtub very uninviting. It’s still a nice property overall though with a great non smoking casino and the area around the creek is lovely particularly the area outside of Starbucks. The noodle bar food is fantastic."

"The property was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was so nice and helpful. Our brakes went bad on our way through the Great Smokey Mountains National Park, and we had to get our van into the shop. They extended our checkout until noon and said we could sit in the lobby or swim in the pool until our van was finished. So wonderful! They were all friendly, kind, and accommodating. The breakfast was ok but not great. It was the only weak link. I definitely recommend this inn!"

"We liked our room. It was spacious. Loved the idea of the sitting area separate from the beds but couldn't really see the TV from the couch. Also, no exhaust fan in the bathroom seemed odd. The pool was a nice way to cool off. We loved how close it was to so many things. I think our only complaint was the complimentary breakfast wasn't much at all. It's just muffins with juice or coffee. It's definitely not a deal breaker but it's good to know if that's a factor when choosing a place to stay. We would stay here again."
