"Not a huge house, but it packs a lot of punch for it's size. We had 8 people plus a pooch. The basement made for a great space for the kids, the main floor had decent size kitchen and LR plus two good size bedrooms. The upstairs worked as two bedrooms with the extra sofa bed.
