"The only problem that we had with this trip was that it's right next door to the Econo Lodge and the guy at the desk checking us in was very careful to put us in the quietest room away from the elevators on the top floor and he ended up putting us at the very end of the hall in room 601 which put us right beside the parking lot of the Econo Lodge so we had to hear the people coming in and out of there late hours of the night with their music blaring and they would not just get out of their car...
"My family was there for a combined family reunion and my sister’s celebration of life. I had a presentation a slideshow on my computer and forgot a cord to finish up before the day. The receptionist at check in provided the cord I needed to finish up. The staff was very polite and helpful for all of us. We had our rooms together which was kind and one large room so we could gather the first night."
"We were met by a cheerful desk person who checked us in quickly and pointed out need to know info. Our room was spacious and clean with nice touches like a rose shaped wash cloth and flower shaped Kleenex in the box. Bed was comfortable and loved the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Hotel was extremely quiet and great location. "
"We love to stay here when visiting Black Mountain. The only thing I could say that might need improvement is the caulk in our shower. It needs replacing as it looked moldy."
