Clan Room and wonderful staff. We met Shafkat when we arrived and he was so helpful. I also requested for an early check-in which \they were really helpful with. David reached out to us early enough to help with our plans. Great Stay and hotel is central to everything

My first day was good. The only bother was when room service called and asked me to pay for my meal. Pretty aggressively I might add. I told them its customary to charge ro service to your room.

It’s a very nice hotel in a great location. I have stayed here more than 10 times so it suits me well. A very good Thai restaurant is across the street and many fast food places are close by. For the price it’s very good

Our stay was lovely. We were given the wrong room, as we had booked a triple but got a double instead, but the room was so nice it wasn’t an issue. The hallways to the rooms were quite run down and could do with some love, however the room itself was gorgeous, with a sea view, comfy bed and spacious ...

Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home ...
