"We stayed at this property for just one night. The building both inside and outside are beautiful. You can tell there is a lot of attention given to the decor and look of the property. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I wanted to specifically mention all of the amenities that are offered. Though we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, hot tub, sauna, and pool table available, having so many options in a smaller property was really amazing. In addition, the owner of the property cooked a homemade breakfast for each guest in the morning. It was a very nice touch and the food was delicious. That being said, I did want make note of a few issues that tainted my view of the property. Better instruction could have been provided before check-in. Upon arrival, we were unsure of where to park (we ended up parking in the driveway, but it was tight) and waited in the doorway confused for a few minutes before someone greeted us. I know it is an independent B&B so it is not always possible to have someone at the front, but at least if we had a phone number to reach out to or better instruction, it would be less confusing. Secondly, the room itself could have had better maintenance. The bathroom was a little dirty upon arrival, the shower head was clogged so the water only came out of a very small section, and the door for the bathroom was warped so you had to really yank it to open it up."
