Rusty and dirty showers and encrusted toilets. Below the minimum level of decency. Other services: minimal (kitchen, towels)."

"Alessia is a fantastic host! We ended up checking in a bit late, but she met us with a smile and presented us with a spot free apartment. The cleanliness was immaculate both inside and out, and the outdoors area is a different level than we have experienced at much more expensive hotels. The view from the deluxe room is incredible! Will definitely stay again!"

"Verdiana hat uns per Telefon geholfen, als wir die Wohnung nicht auf Anhieb gefunden habe. Alles Nötige wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Sogar ein Kinderstuhl und ein Babybett. Sehr empfehlenswert, solange man gut Treppen laufen kann (4. Stock ohne Lift)."

"The place is out of this world. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The atmosphere is serene, exquisite, peaceful. The dining area is glorious and the food being served for breakfast is nothing short of an elaborate, yet delicious treat, including home-made deserts. The surrounding gardens are marvellous. The host is very warm, competent and helpful. You would probably pay 5 times the price for a similar reception anywhere else. And you are 1 hour away from Milan or Genoa."

"Juste de passage à Gênes pour une nuit, j'avais besoin d'un hôtel accessible et pratique, en centre-ville pour pouvoir découvrir la ville avant de poursuivre mon voyage. L'hôtel présente l'avantage d'être très proche du port historique et de la vieille ville. L'emplacement eat idéal. Le quartier est animé jusque tard dans la nuit.
