"Very disappointed! Booked and paid for a junior suite for 4 nights as I’m at the end of 6weeks travelling, and really wanted a spa in the room. Hotel advised that spas are intentionally deactivated, and offered no other resolution. Without the spa, the room I got was a basic box, not worth the money. ..."
