"From the moment I arrived, the hotel was beyond my expectations. Arrived early but the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness. The hotel had elegant decor and the room was clean and luxurious. Ameer from Rayna Tours provided excellent tour options which were truly a once in a lifetime experience. Breakfast was deliciously exquisite and the personalized service was impeccable. Met breakfast attendant Khalid Karadisi on the first day and he remembered my name every single time I entered the breakfast area. He was extremely polite, well mannered and offered superb service which was second to none. This made my stay extremely comfortable and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable vacation in Dubai. 5 stars!" "

"The hotel was perfect for me and my 2 kids; the service was amazing - from the warm welcome from Frank when we arrived to help from others throughout our stay, nothing was too much travel. The hotel is also conveniently located with a regular shuttle to Dubai Mall & plenty of taxis. It is a very busy hotel though so breakfast and reception were swarming with people! Will definitely come back here"

"The hotel is small, centrally located, close to the Mall and the Burj Khalifa. It was clean, pretty, you can't beat the price. The only thing I didn't like is that the front door staff push too hard for people to get the private taxis that are there at the hotel which are more expensive than the regular government taxis. The front desk helps with changing currency, they're very polite and helpful about anything we needed. There is a night club on the second floor that we never got to go to, also a restaurant and bar off the lobby and a la carta restaurant/bakery that was really good, a bit expensive. The gym is really small but gets the job done if you just want to get some exercise done we didn't use the pool but walked by and it is small with nice views of the khalifa and the creek."

Your warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. Pawan and Nazrul at the pool bar were also exceptional – offering attentive, friendly service while we relaxed poolside. You both helped create the perfect chill-out atmosphere. We had the pleasure of dining at Bombay Brasserie, Miss Tess, and Treehouse, sampling the taster menus at both Bombay Brasserie and Miss Tess. Every flavour was thoughtfully crafted, and the dishes complemented each other beautifully. Special thanks to Dechen at Miss Tess for her impeccable attention to detail – you were fantastic. A lovely surprise awaited me on my birthday – cake and balloons, a thoughtful gesture that touched me deeply. It’s this level of care and attention that sets the Taj apart. Now, I do want to mention one unfortunate aspect – not with the hotel, but with some self-entitled guests we encountered during our stay.
