"Good communication with representative. There is not a reception desk as such but a security guard was expecting us and gave us the keys. Maintenance is slow but no major issues. Housekeeping gentleman was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. The apartment is comfortable, clean and modern with good view of Burj Khalifa.
