"The apartment was really nice and had everything necessarry, but the only thing i didn’t quite like was the couch which wasn’t a couch per se just to sort of cushions next to each other that would be more appropiate for a waiting room. Other than that everything was excellent!!"

"The apartment was clean and the neighborhood was nice. However, the street it is on is not the best. There were scuffs on the table and stains on the couch, which made it feel less cleanly than it was. My biggest complaint is that the apartment was hot during the day, so to cool it down, we had to open the windows (no big deal), but there was constantly people smoking right in front of the building which meant that our apartment frequently smelled of smoke. "

"This was was the worst booking I have made. I made a booking and received the confirmation too. When I went to to the apartment location at the time of check in, I contacted the online agent to send me an access cod which was meant to b sent to me to enter the building and the room. However, the agent went back and fourth with me for 2 hours to end up saying they haven’t got a booking for me even though I sent him a screenshot of my booking confirmation they could not do anything. "Nice hotel with free coffee drinks in lobby. Staff is friendly and efficient. No wash cloths provided or shower caps for women. That could be easily remedied by the hotel. Other than that, rooms are spacious, well organized, and clean. Airport shuttle could have been better organized. It was packed and you had to pay as you boarded the bus, which really slowed things down. Their system works fine from the airport to the hotel, but not so well from the hotel to the airport. I would suggest prepaid shuttle passes made available when you check in to the hotel. If you are in the mood to party, forget about it. There is absolutely nothing to do in the area. I would suggest that you stay at the Clarion downtown and take the Fly train back to the airport. Best train I’ve ever ridden. "
