"Staff was excellent and helpful with all our questions, easy access to the ski center, excellent restaurants with in 5 minutes walking distance, breakfast was wonderful. Only downside is when pub is open it is noisy until 3 am and elevator was not working at 5 am so we had to get the luggage downstairs. Even with those item the cost was so low it was well worth the stay."

"Location, the hotel and staff were great however the first night, the temperature in the room was approx 26oC due to fault with the heating, so we had to sleep with the windows open. Reported to reception, but they couldn't do anything until maintenance came in the morning. The following day, there was no hot water for the shower and then this happened every morning until we left. Occasionally it came through, so we had to have a very quick shower."

"On way back to Oslo .. ran into this wonderful hotel by accident, so to speak... absolutely amazing. Wonderfully designed, modern but traditional concept, very cool architecture that actually feels like a ski hut type of setting. "Amazing hotel, very badly let down by the staff. There is absolutely no attention to detail. They are all lovely but they tell you as little as possible unless you ask. No offer of ski lockers, ski passes, spa info etc. Dining room has amazing views but again no attention to detail. Eg.. ordered a dessert for sharing & it arrived with no plates, no cutlery. You have to ask for absolutely everything which I wouldn’t mind if I was in a low budget accommodation which this is not. I would stay...

"Great room except view was a wall. Had everything we could need along w/icebox & stove. Shower was so small you had to turn sideways to get in! Food was expensive in dining area. $50 for nachos & a club sandwich. Nice stay but expensive"

"A very interesting location. We didn’t stay in one of the old buildings instead a more modern old home. It was well appointed, spacious and comfortable! Very happy with our stay!"

"Travelled to these apartments for a family ski holiday. Apartments lovely and new, plenty of communal space, full size fridge and oven/hob. Bedrooms on the small side and no wardrobes, just drawers and hooks. Hotel just next door with facilities - 2 restaurants, gym and swimming pool. Bit more of a walk to the ski bus stops than we realised but proximity to town and shops etc meant this location worked well for us. "

"Though the room was fairly small, our expectations were exceeded. The staff was exceptional. The food in the restaurant was excellent and it was the lowest price that we saw in Norway. Thoroughly enjoyable. Not 5 stars but more than we expected. "
