Didn’t matter which way we turned the dial it didn’t seem to cool the room, but still a great stay and will return. "

"Staff very friendly. Extra special was we were allowed early check-in after disembarking cruise boat. Loved the spacious room and bath and great breakfast buffet. Dinner choices are rather limited. It’s a great location, short walk to central train station and Dam Square. Only criticism is that lighting in the room is very poor. "
