"The hotel is slightly dated but impeccably clean. Everything in my room worked! The A/C worked well and quietly. The staff was hard working and very friendly. I also felt safe staying here with no 'characters' hanging around at all hours of the night. The parking area is well lit with security cameras evident. "Took a family trip to St. Augustine area. The condo is on the beach (the weather was cold, so we couldn't really enjoy that part of the trip). The condo was clean, it has a fully stocked kitchen, is near a supermarket, and is in a decent area 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine."

"The owner of this unit was cheap. The couch was torn with a bleach stain on the seat. When you sat down your butt would sink in and hit the floor. There was only one other chair in the room.
