The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and we appreciated the adjoining rooms our family shared. "When we got there it turned out that Hotels.com messed up on our reservation and the hotel never received it and had already filled up all their rooms that night. The owner went out of his way to find us another guesthouse nearby, and allowed us to go back the next day to store our luggage while we went up Pilatus."
