There was an interesting class each dayWe had a different massage each day (pricing is treat). We went snorkeling nearby, great trip. Zanzibar is a very poor island, but the people are extremely happy and there is very low crime. Do stone town on the day you are leaving to avoid the round trip. We had personal guided tour of spice market which was great. Ask for Abbas. So glad we stayed at Baraza!"

"A truly magical holiday with great attentive staff, Nitin and his team really looked after us. The resort is set in a very natural surrounding and there is lots of opportunity to catch the wildlife in action (including cheeky monkeys!). Pool was great for long swims, fitness centre was very well equipped. The food was immaculate! Both the lunch and dinner menu amazed us every time we dined. Evening entertainment was very entertaining! I recommend you go for all inclusive, full board or at a minimal half board. "

"Great facilities, very nice staff, various new food every day. The only remark is the beach which witnesses a very high tide, so swimming is impossible in the morning till around 2PM. But you can use this time to visit the island. Other than that, everyone is helpful and attends to your needs. Definitely recommend."
