"I booked two rooms for eight nights, and the staff made the whole experience incredible, they were all very warm, polite, and professional. Their consistency and sincerity easily take this 3-star property to a 5-star level. The people here really made our stay memorable. Food was top-notch, both à la carte and buffet breakfast 10/10. "Room was not clean felt completely off, handed the keys back to the employee after being there for 1hr recommend the owners put up to date photos of room so people know what there gonna get, there was small smudges of Red stuff on the walls and sheets. There is a reason why its cheap non refundable, and there was no ladder into the pool as in photos."
