"Excellent choice of breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and clean and had everything we could need. The bathroom was very clean, if a little dated and the toiletries, which were provided, smelled lovely. We will define be coming back! "

"Just returned home from an incredible stay. The hotel is perfectly located for the beach/train station and the view from our room (no:18) was breathtaking. I would highly recommend this hotel, the cleanliness throughout and also the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had dinner and breakfast, both were fantastic. We took our 1yr old Cavapoo and he had the time of his life, he enjoyed looking out of the balcony from room 18. We will be visiting again soon. "

"The stay at the Le Strange Arms was excellent from when we booked in to when we left. The room was clean and supplied with biscuits and fresh milk in a bottle, made a change from U H T in plastic. The breakfast was very good set us up for the day. The only complaint was the shower it was very hot I could not turn it down to a comfortable temperature. "

"We stayed for two nights at The Lifeboat and it was a very nice place to stay. The evening meal choices were very good as were the breakfasts and the food we ate was lovely. The room was spacious and we had a great view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great venue to visit many places from. So pleased we stayed there! "

"The breakfast is buffet style, a couple of options to order something different, eg porridge or boiled eggs. A good selection on the buffet, although no continental options. The dinning area is very spacious & there were plenty of staff available. On 2 occasions there was a noise of a vacuum cleaner nearby, which caused a bit of a disturbance. We only used the bar area one evening, but it was comfortable. "
