"By far the best hotel stay ever. Greated by Serena when I checked. Each day I saw her she was amazing. Always friendly, asked how my stay was going, asked if I needed anything. Very attentive and personable. Jeremy I met the next day at breakfast. Very kind, nice, thoughtful, attentive. Both of them had such incredible customer service. Each day Jeremy welcomed guests at breakfast. Asked if I needed anything, how the food was. The staff really made you feel, the guests are most important. The comfort of the beds/pillows was dreamy. Beautiful, clean, quiet rooms. Housekeeping did a great job everyday of my stay. Any special request was taken care of with a smile. The indoor pool, heated. Clean area, fresh pool towels always available. Very large Wegmans a short walk from the hotel. A mall, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops all very close by. Easy on/off the highways in any direction. This was “I need a getaway stay”. This area is not quite 1.5 hours from where I live. I know that I will be back to getaway, get refreshed. The way the staff interacted with myself and other guests is the number ONE reason why. Thank you for really showing your customers are important. "

"Was pleasantly surprised by the updates rooms. Carpets could use a little updating. The restaurant opened at 4 so we just had a late lunch/ early dinner but the appetizers, especially the calamari and this is according to Italians from Long Island. "
