"I booked the room specifically for the pool and hot tub but they were under construction renovation. Nowhere was that listed when I booked the room. I had the premium upgrade room specifically for the patio on to get a room with no patio. Zero toiletries, used to some lotion but not even the little tube. Make a coffee and coffee grinds start overflowing everywhere. I have gone for my birthday as a little getaway but after this experience I have a feeling it was the last time I will be visiting. Advertising and pool and hot tub you can’t use and pay for a room you don’t get? It’s still not even listed on the hotel information as of today so that’s pretty fraudulent in my opinion."

"The place was a great price. Wonderful staff. Not sure if it was the manager. But an Mediterranean/Arabic looking tall guy checked me in. He was amazing. The a young Russian girl in the morning. They both wet above and beyond. So refreshing because I've noticed a real downward spiral of Hotel's charging expensive prices and they are not up to par. this was a great stay. Busy as well. So they are doing something right."

"Located downtown making it easy to walk to all the venues. Parking is underground and safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel common spaces were clean. My wife is a germafob and she was completely comfortable here. The rooms were also high tech to control the lights, blinds, etc. Amazing stay. Would stay again."
