"Staff was very polite and very helpful. My son left a set of headphones from the previous hotel. One of the front desk associates at Flag helped and made some phone calls, made arrangements to ship the headphones not to this hotel (since we only staying for 2 nights) but to send it to our next hotel. The headphones were at the next hotel waiting for us along with out luggage at the lobby. Rooms were modern, bathroom were roomy and nice."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The only downside was the room size. For a family of three, it felt quite small, especially with large luggage. There was very little space to move around, and opening our suitcases was a challenge. Travelers with multiple or large bags may find the room a bit cramped. Other than that, everything was great. The hotel was clean, quiet, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would recommend it to couples or light travelers, and we appreciated the excellent cleanliness and service."

"We would have given 4.5 stars if that was an option. Here’s a list of our pros and cons: Pros: Excellent location. Easy walking distance to shopping and dining, including Dotonbori. The guest lounge was amazing. We did pay for breakfast a few mornings. Nice variety of both Asian and non-Asian foods at a decent price. After breakfast, you could get free, all you can drink soft drinks, beer, wine and whiskey. They also had free ice cream in the afternoon, and free ramen every night at 8:30. They also had free activities every day, but we never got a chance to take advantage of any of them. Cons: we had a triple room, and there was literally only inches between each bed. It was impossible to walk between them. The rest of the room was very tiny. No dresser, which meant we had to live out of our suitcases. Bathroom was very tiny, almost no room between sink, toilet and shower/tub. Almost no counter space in the bathroom. Laundry area on 12th floor had 3 washers and 3 dryers which were very small. Four days of laundry for three people took up all three washers."
