This unique, one-of-a-kind home is sure to enhance your Costa Rican vacation! You will be greeted by a spectacular water pathway leading from the front door to the pool. Take a dip in the private in-ground pool and visit with your friends while they sit in sunken pool seating. Wake up to beautiful sunshine and sip your coffee in the outdoor kitchen. Practice yoga in the private yoga garden. Relax on the upstairs balcony with a glass of wine and get a peek at the ocean while watching the famous Costa Rican sunset. Take a short walk to the beach. Enjoy all the boutique restaurants and bars that are within a short walk.

Each room has been specially designed to bring joy to our guests even down to the art on the walls. You'll love all the amenities this brand-new home has to offer. Spacious bedrooms feature luxe bedding and linens, along with a desk for our remote working and a TV for streaming your favorite shows. Blackout shades are also provided for those who like to sleep in! The downstairs primary bedroom overlooks the pool with sliding door access. The en suite bathroom includes a large walk-in closet, a walk-in shower, and an outdoor soaking tub! The upstairs primary bedroom comes complete with a large balcony for those who like to sit and enjoy the natural surroundings. You might even see a monkey!

The main living area features vaulted ceilings and an open-concept design that seamlessly connects the kitchen with the rest of the space. Custom cabinets, quartz countertops and deluxe appliances are sure to inspire your culinary creations. The dining table can easily accommodate your whole group for sit-down meals. The sitting area includes a 55-inch TV to satisfy the inner couch potato in all of us!

The entire downstairs overlooks the pool with sliding door access. A half-bath and the laundry room are located downstairs for ultimate accessibility.

The outdoor kitchen overlooks the pool and features the same custom cabinetry as the main kitchen, a Cuisinart-brand gas grill, and an alfresco dining area. The pool has sunken seating with a swim-up ledge that allows for ease of conversation between all guests. A half-bath and outdoor shower round out the convenience of the pool deck.

Be sure to take advantage of the home’s ideal proximity to the best of Guanacaste’s Gold Coast. From zipline tours to fishing charters, ATV excursions, scenic cruises, and surfing, there are plenty of ways to engage in the fun! Playa Grande, El Beach Club, and many boutique restaurants are within walking distance of the home. Other popular nearby beaches include Playa Ventanas, Playa Tamarindo, Playa Bahía de los Piratas, Playa Minas, Playa Flamingo, Playa Brasilito, Playa Penca, and Playa Potrero.

Things to Know
The only pets allowed are service dogs. Guests will need to send in valid certification of their dog before check-in. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee of up to $1,000.
