"We had a lovely stay at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool. It’s a beautiful hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade on arrival. The rooms were huge, spotlessly clean, and nicely in keeping with the hotel’s theme. There were great amenities provided, including water and milk in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The only downside during our stay was trying to book the spa. We attempted to contact them in advance but didn’t receive a response until the day we arrived, around 5pm, by which time we already had evening plans. On previous visits, booking the spa had been quick and easy, so this was a bit disappointing. That said, we understand the spa is separate from the hotel itself. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back."

"We have stayed at this hotel before, it’s a perfect hotel for visiting Chester, if you have the use of a car, however they have started to charge £20 per person to use the pool. Reviewing the cost compared to other hotels -you can pay the same price with free access to their pools -Hilton Chester will lose our business if their prices do not remain competitive for the services offered"
