"We had a lovely stay. First time in a Moxye hotel and we enjoyed it. The only downside was the app for the car park. We were in town and wanted to renew the parking, but the App wouldn't load on any of our phones. We went in a bar to latch on the WiFi (thank you cocktail bar opposite Katie's tea room) and it still wouldn't load. My husband raced back to the care, but it was a few minutes over due. He went to enquire at reception whi ssiti leave the car park and that they "shouldn't" have a ticket for 10 minutes over due. I understand that the car park goes through a different company, but in such circumstances, the hotel should preventatively get on touchy with the car park company to make sure that the customers don't get a ticket."

"Hotel is beautiful, rooms are huge, food is good, however they have the most disorganised staff who is either untrained or just can’t be bothered. I called spa several times with no success being told everyone is busy however when I went down to spa reception they were just sitting around ignoring the calls. It happened 3 times, so can’t be a coincidence. Also one of the ladies at the reception was working with the cold, it was obvious, she was unwell and clearly contagious. Why is sick person working in a customer facing role, why isn’t this employee home resting? Overall this hotel has a lot of potential but I don’t think I’ll be back. "

"We have stayed at this hotel before, it’s a perfect hotel for visiting Chester, if you have the use of a car, however they have started to charge £20 per person to use the pool. Reviewing the cost compared to other hotels -you can pay the same price with free access to their pools -Hilton Chester will lose our business if their prices do not remain competitive for the services offered"
