"TL;DR: Property is cute, fun, well appointed, and brand spanking new.Check-in was a breeze. Peaceful & pretty.---Came for our honeymoon, and found the property exactly as advertised. Being out in the woods, we expected some bugs, but found more than an average amount of insects inside. Kitchen includes a microwave/air fryer, dishwasher, and a separate freezer. We prepared many meals from the comfort of the cabin. Hot tub was certainly an amazing addition & worked perfectly for us as a couple. The driveway was fun to climb; definitely take heed as the host suggests! P.s. Nearby hiking trails at Caesars Head are beautiful!"

"This was our 4th stay at Ray's place with our furbabies. We always enjoy how quiet and peaceful it is to be in the middle of the woods. We really enjoy the small waterfall and creek as well. The front porch and back deck are both covered so you can relax and enjoy the scenery even in rain or snow.The house itself is very comfortable and roomy. We only use the main level, which has the master bedroom, but the upstairs is also very nice with its own bath. The kitchen is very clean and stocked with everything you need for cooking, including small appliances. We always stop on our way in to stock up on food for the stay. Ingles is about 10 miles away. There is also a Dollar General 2.5 miles away. There is also Cedar Mtn Outpost less than 5 miles that serves pizza, sandwiches, craft beers and wine.We have definitely made this place a regular getaway."

"The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware we needed for our homecooked dinners. We had plenty of room for privacy and then for our book discussions in the living room or on the porch. The view was incomparable, the solitude priceless, the rest badly needed by all. Many thanks to our host for a wonderful stay!"
