"It was by far the most charming place we've ever stayed in. AND just across the street from the train station (noise not a problem) so very convenient with luggage. Their breakfast buffet (not included but very reasonably priced) was good and plentiful. Around the corner from bus stops, with many local eateries within a couple blocks. Had a game room with pool table, library, bar, just can't say enough nice things about it."

"Spacious room and bathroom and all spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at the Echos restaurant which was superb. Great choice and excellent wine pairing. Breakfast was fresh with eggs cooked to order but overall choice was limited. Only downside was that, despite being told how to access the interior swimming pool, it was closed when we tried to use it. "

"Our 2nd visit was as delightful as the first. A lovely cottage with an abundance of delicious breakfast goods and other amenities. A wonderful retreat especially after long walks in the beautiful mountains. Jessica is a generous and welcoming hostess with excellent communication. "
