The place was more than what i expected, booked it for my Husband birthday he loved it very much we will definitely stay there again.

This is probably the best resort I have ever stayed in. Perfect property, wonderful people, amazing attention to detail, walkable to shops and restaurants, tons of amenities. I will be back and I would not stay anywhere else. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. A beautiful boitique hotel! Good was amazing. Service impeccable. They are brand new, having just opened march 1 so everything is pristine. They are a ahoet elf from the beach.

This is the perfect resort for the people looking to be off the main path but still have a great experience. The swimming pool was unbelievable. The private beach and pier were very relaxing. It was nice not having to share the areas with a lot of other people. The restaurant was excellent. The service and food were top notch. We loved hanging out at the Cave Bar. A unique bar that overlooks the ocean.

The Gansevoort is by far the chic-est hotel in Providenciales. But never mind the lean, minimalistic, gorgeous architecture, the perfect pool, the most beautiful beach in the planet : It's The Staff. I liked the hotel , the staff & location . The only con is that they don’t have microwaves in the room so you have to go to the front office to hear your food up but the office is not open 24 hours. They close at 10pm sharp so if your hungry after that theirs no way to heat your food up .

The Somerset on Grace Bay is the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed in. Our room, a two-bedroom ocean view suite, was unbelievable. We had a full kitchen, three bathrooms, a living room, dining room, laundry room, and very comfortable bedrooms and beds. We absolutely loved Point Grace. Mary (the Guest Relations Manager) was awesome. She contacted us a month before our trip to arrange our airport transportation (which most hotels do not provide). She set up all of our restaurant reservations before we arrived and provided other important info. The hotel is very tranquil which matches Grace Bay. It's very quiet. West Bay is a wonderful resort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern. It is right on the beach with gorgeous views. The breakfast was excellent as was the food for lunch and dinner. The only downside was they wouldn't let us use the paddle boards, kayaks or catamaran. They said it was unsafe, too much current, but others were out at other resorts and it looked perfectly safe.

We just returned from a six night visit and found the staff, meals, beach bar drinks, and hotel services to be very good in spite of the age of the facilities. Suzie and Clifford will make sure that you have a great stay. The beach is steps away from your door and a few miles long. Several walks and NO other walkers most times. The Shore Club exceeded our expectations. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at home his hotel. Staffing was very confusing because there are two management companies that manage the place. They attempted to work with each other but it was very apparent that it was not a good situation. Was not sure who to ask for what.

Grace Bay Club is fabulous. They welcome you with a bottle of champagne and great fresh fruit. The refridgerator is also stocked with cold water free of charge and gets replenished when asked. They have multiple clean large towels so you do not need to constantly ask for fresh towels. The lounge chairs at the pool and beach are cushioned. You have access to a personal concierge if you desire. My husband sent him out to the food store for some staples for the room.

The hotel is an oasis on South Caicos, an island untouched by the over development on most Caribbean islands. The villas and accommodations blend into the natural environment. The landscaping is lush and indigenous, great care taken to preserve the natural setting. My wife and I live in a warm place anyways so we just wanted to get away somewhere quiet. We arrived after the high season ended and this was exactly what we needed/wanted. The villas are the perfect size, the lush vegetation makes them very private. Chalk sound borders the resort on one side and guests can make use of included kayaks to explore it. Highly recommended. Recently stayed here for four nights on our first visit to Turks and Caicos. Paid extra for ocean view room, which was well worth it. This is an incredible value. It was quiet and not crowded. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony (second floor). The staff all were friendly and helpful. The location is great - not surrounded by high-rises, and walkable to the shops and restaurants. We didn't have to deal with mobs of people at the beach or on the grounds.
