"We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back!"

"A little slice of paradise."

"We had a fantastic stay. The house and pool are great - very private and relaxing, but walking distance to Long Bay Beach and a short drive to Grace Bay. Everything we needed was provided, check-in was simple, and Kelly was very communicative. Thank you!"

"Beautiful home and gorgeous view!! Host was super communicative and helpful with all our inquiries and requests. Definitely recommend!!!"

"Great little cottage for two people or two people with a small kid, good location, close to all fun activties and great restaurants, very friendly host and gorgeous property with many amenities. "

"The villa was perfect for a couple wanting to enjoy complete privacy yet close to everything! Fully stocked kitchen, lovely layout, enjoyed the private pool, plenty of loungers, pool floats & snorkeling gear; hammock, kayak, the beach was a few steps from the villa and amazing snorkeling right in front or down the beach (Smith’s Reef) and you can’t miss the perfect sunsets!!! You have it all "

"My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and...

"A perfect little spot for a getaway. Patti the host and Jeano the prop mgr. went above and beyond. Truly enjoyed my stay! "

"We are glad we stay, the balcony was great for evening chat. Place was perfect for our needs. Don't let the outside fool you. "

"We stayed at Dragon Cay for a small get away. The villa is as described, “very clean”and has a nice screened in area with two loungers. The villa is stocked with basic amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash)to make a quick back pack trip perfect. Kitchen has a full fridge, apartment size stove and was stocked with some coffee, sugar, cream and a gallon of water. To the left of the stairs is an outside faucet to rinse any sandy feet or beach clothes. We had a bit of an AC problem and reported...

"LaToya was absolutely the worst host I've ever encountered. I have rented many homes, all over the Caribbean & the world & I have never had the problem I had here. Upon check-in we noticed how unusually warm the home was. I immediately reached out to LaToya to whom became defensive, argumentative and unwilling to properly resolve the issue. I say properly resolve because technicians attempted to "charge the AC unit". But it became obvious that the home needed a completely brand new unit however...

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, comfortable, clean, and a great place to relax. One of the biggest highlights was how responsive and communicative the host was throughout our stay. They were quick to respond to any questions and made the entire process easy and seamless from check-in to check-out. We truly appreciated the hospitality!"

"Magical place, beautiful and clean home. If you are looking for a serene, friendly and secure place, this one is for you. Will 1000% come back. "

"Great Place!"

"Unbelievable! I hope it remains as peaceful and undisturbed by tourism forever!!"

"My husband and I just got back from staying at ridge top cottage at Dragons Cay resort.all I can say is this was one of the best vacations we have ever had while it’s a little bit hard to get to. It is well worth it! If you just want to relax and enjoy a peaceful time with beautiful beaches and friendly locals, this is the place to go! Ridgetop cottage was a beautiful place to stay overlooking the gorgeous beach and Mudgin Harbor. The owner was extremely fast in communicating with us, and very...
