"On arrival expecting a quick check in after completing the online check in prior to arrival, there was only one staff member working at the desk assisting another guest. Their check in took a considerable amount of time and despite at least 3 different staff walking past and disappearing into the back office, not one person acknowledged me or offered to assist. We had housekeeping knocking on our door despite having the do not disturb sign up, she had mixed our room up with a guest who had checked out. We attempted to have breakfast at the restaurant but despite many unoccupied tables, they all had dirty dishes that had not been cleared. Attention to detail needed. "

"Great spot. Never saw the host. Wanted to check in about half hour earlier, but was told via message that have already sent the check in times. Was suppose to come speak to us in regards to using the fire pit. Never did.Ceilings needed a good sugar soap. Mould and marks on the ceilings. Chairs in the breakfast bar where very flimsy and weak. Didn't want to sit on them.Great spot for want they want to do. Just beeds some attention to detail for quest.No pictures on the web site of the cabins.Just pictures of the view.I can see why.Booked for 2 nights but partner wanted to leave after 1.It's a beautiful spot."

"Closed for Good Friday so had to follow a bunch of instructions to access building/room. Would have been ok except received multiple emails and texts with drip fed info - could have been done with one proper email. Room was ok although clearly not vacuumed. Questioned cleanliness of everything else after that but seemed clean enough."

"Didn’t use the pool but the restaurant and deck seating were excellent. Our comment was we would eat there if we were locals because the food was delicious. Room was clean and nice. Nicely arranged for multiple people to share."

"Cleaners need to be a bit more detailed - the headboards had a thick layer of dust on them (I'm allergic so it matters to me), the glass doors covered in fingerprints, massive stains on the carpet, shower leaked from the bathroom to the front door. Oh and we had a noise complaint at 4:15pm for 2 of us talking in our room with the doors and windows closed... LOL. Apart from these issues, the rooms purpose was so we didn't have to pay for Ubers, and have a big night out to see an awesome band, and it did the job. Beds are comfy and the water is hot."
