I like to have the bedding linen changed which did not happen in this case. I feel bad in keep requesting the same thing. I am positive that the day I checked in, the linen was filthy as I had bites.It was not changed by previous customers. After staying in hotels, I can tell when the linen has not been changed or the bedsheets had people lying on it.The hotel did change on the next day but that was it.

the room was very small. We were directed to the most expensive restaurant in town rather than given a choice. We were kept awake all night by the gusts next door - who literally partied all night. We told reception who apologised but didnt really go beyond a "sorry" - offering to help us with our luggage would have sufficed but - nothing.

We liked that it was quiet. The pool was beautiful and cool even in the afternoon of what was a very hot day. I room was very clean and tidy. All the facilities like the air conditioner, fan, tv and fridge all worked well.

Near hospital so very important for me. I had to wait at 19.30 for 3/4 hour for someone to open the front door as the person on duty said he was having ‘tea’ dinner. I’m 80 years old .lucky somebody on the street side phoned the property to open the outside gate . Once on the property I had to wait 3/4 hour till front door was opened and i was let in. Then clean room and complementary breakfast for the treatment I received.

Advertised as a hotel but is a motel. Average but ok place. Photo of breakfast area was misleading. At time of booking breakfast area shown with timber decking and outlook onto trees was the only one visible on hotels.com. After checking the pool area was nice but the breakfast area was nothing like the photos. The room we received had 3 single beds with two pushed together to form a double. A very hard ridge in the middle was evident with no topper or so to mesh the mattresses together. No attempt at making illusion of a double. Rooms look out to car park of motel next door. Continental breakfast was quite basic. Bathroom was large, shower was small. We were in room 22. One bonus was the wifi working quite well. We booked The Balinese "Motel" to save a few $ to commit those to tours and experiences. Regardless of the price paid we felt the Balinese misrepresents itself on Hotels.com and warn others to read reviews regarding. If you want an average but ok motel that is well priced this is for you. If you were expecting a hotel and the breakfast area to look as depicted please look elsewhere however expect to pay a little more. Photo of breakfast area won't load in this review.
