Everyone was incredibly kind, and the room was spotless with plenty of space. I hadn’t been able to sleep more than three hours a night for the past two weeks where I was before coming here, but something about the energy and atmosphere here was just right—I finally slept a full 10 hours. I would absolutely recommend this place. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best place to stay in Cairo if you don’t want to break the bank. Fair prices and you get to have a washer in the bathroom which comes in handy to keep your clothes clean during your stay especially if you’re going to be in Cairo for some days.

The staff was friendly but english language skills were so so. There was no ironing board; one of the faucets were leaking throughout our stay which kept the washroom floor wet. I requested the front desk to fix it and showed the video to them but it was not fixed during our stay. There was no convenience store near the property and only one seeshabar/restaurant near the property which did not offer any breakfast. Our unit was comfortable though and the layout was functional. The storage room’s floor had constructed debris on the floor. The locker/safe in the unit was not functional and there were no instructions either.

Beware of bait and switch. Booked larger apartment through Expedia and was told one day before checkin that apartment is at the secondary location, which is several km away. That location has nothing walkable and needs a taxi to even get water or any dining. None of this or address of other location is mentioned on the expedia listing. Apartment floor was also dusty in places. Service was also poor since they gave a fare for airport transfer and then doubled it and different staff kept quoting different very high fares for airport drop. Would not recommend, given this experience.

Comolained in the first day that our two balcony sliding doors did not close completely nor lock. NOTHING was done about it other than someone coming up to see it. They daid "it's not ipen much." This us Cairo! Constantly noisy and polluted. We were on the first floor. Across from a shisha cafe, one building off a main intersection! I told them that I had asthma wnd could not have the doors open at all They don't take any illness seriously here. Terrible sleep as a result of the polkution and noise. Also did not feel safe nor felt that our valuables were safe Yes, they have a small safe in the office for your valuables but it won't hold everything you don't want taken. Security dies not stand outside, they sit behind a desk in a lobby that's not at street kevel wgile on their cellphones. Never staying there again!
