Our receptionist Hasan went above and beyond to accommodate to our needs and was kind enough to invite us to a dinner. We really loved the location. Waking up to the pyramids is a must when staying in cairo.

Bonjour j'ai sejourné du 18 mai au 25 mai, jai choisis l'hôtel pour son emplacement vue sur les Pyramides de Gize. Dès mon arrivée a l’aéroport le transfert que javais reservé via l'hôtel nest pas venu, apperement on a trop tardé bref on sest debrouillé on a pris un taxi. Arrivée a l'hôtel notre chambre n'était pas disponible, on nius explique que demain on aura une chambre mieux on sera surclassé. Bref 1ère nuit pas de télé pas de frigo... le lendemain changement de chambre qui au passage etait la même le frigo fonctionnait mais pas la Téle. De plus la personne qui nous a accueillis Hassen a ete tres insistant pour dès notre arrivée organiser notre séjour, donc je pensais bien faire jai pris une excursion pour les Pyramides Sakkara et Gizeh pour 50 euros juste le transport sans guide. M. Hassen voulait gérer mes excursions, n'ayant pas été satisfaite car il etait trés insistant je nai pas apprecié sa façon de faire. Et les messages pour m'inviter a boire un verre dans un rooftop a côté de l'hôtel ca été la goutte. Bref malgré la gentillesse de ses collègues j'ai été decue par cette attitude qui n'a rien de professionnelle. L'hôtel est bien placé il est propre la terrasse est en travaux.

Das Hotel ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher und kann jederzeit mit den Mitarbeitern kommunizieren, die unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend sind. Der Ausblick auf der Terrasse ist einmalig! Das einzige was verbessert werden könnte, ist das Frühstück. Was auch super war ist, dass man jederzeit Wasser an der Rezeption bekommen hat. Insgesamt hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.
