"Very spacious and clean apartment. Excellent location - within walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. We had to adjust the dates of our stay and host was very accommodating. Each room was temperature controlled with blackout shades so very comfortable. The home is exactly as pictured. One thing I did not notice in the pictures was common living area was the kitchen, with individual couches in each room rather than a common living room couch, which was not a problem - just meant we spent our together time eating and drinking :-) Apartment had two balconies located off the kitchen and one of the bedrooms which were lovely to sit on in the early mornings with an espresso."

"We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, and even took the time to show us the parking area in front of the building, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. In the apartment we especially loved the hot tub, it was the perfect way to unwind after exploring the area. The complimentary Prosecco in the fridge, along with water and juices, was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more special. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment spent here. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Monopoli and would gladly stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay and everything was fine. It' s a family friendly place. Communication with the host was easy. However, the kitchen and bathroom could use more attention when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance. There was visible mould in the corners of the bathroom, which was disappointing. Improving the cleanliness and maintenance of these areas would make the accommodation much better."

"This is actually an apartment on the top floor of a 7-story building, with a good-sized terrace that has a nice view of the city and the Adriatic. It's nothing fancy, but it's very clean, spacious, and everything works as it should. Coming and going from the apartment is easy, as the lift is just outside the apartment door. The manager, Giuseppe, was there when we arrived to show us the apartment and give us the keys. He was very friendly, had a good command of English, and was responsive to our questions via Expedia messages during our stay. It's not really a B&B, since there is no breakfast offered, but there are several cafes close by (we liked the Nero Matto). There is also a Co-op grocery store just around the corner. The city center, good restaurants, and beaches are also within easy walking distance."
