Gabriella was particularly warm and inviting, a very friendly and courteous host and guide...her radiance overpowered the terrible weather! The room was one-of-a-kind, the perfect example of luxury, bespoke accommodations.The tub and fireplace were lovely features. The site--a former fishmonger's worksite directly on the harbor--added a historical significance. And the to-order breakfast was tasty and cheerfully delivered. Significant to us, Gabriella went out of her way to ship to us a forgotten item...the epitome of customer care. Highly recommend Palazzo Giuditta!"

"Staff were very helpful when we requested additional bedding (a cold wind in October). They also brought a heater. A slight smell from the bathroom (I think this common in historical centre). Lovely room. "

"Marcella was incredibly helpful from start to finish. The apartment was ground floor (no stairs, yay!) and even larger than expected. No street noise to speak of. The apartment is well equipped, and an easy walk to the old town and a couple of nice beaches. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Monopoli. "
