"Please note that Expedia stated that there is a seasonal outdoor pool at Palazzo Kapace and a hot tub. This is incorrect and there is only a small hot tub. We had a problem with a vibrating noise in our room as we were under the boiler for the hot tub and did not sleep at all well the first night and would have moved out. "It was just an Ok property. Location is good. Breakfast was far away and not very good. Street was very loud, because it was right in the middle of town. Beach far away. No windows. I had to call for the staff to come and help me. All very confusing."

"The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Puglia by car, although it is a bit far from the old town. The staff was friendly and provided good customer service, and the breakfast was acceptable with enough options to start the day. The main drawbacks were the very small bathroom and the air conditioning, which didn’t cool the room well and made the room uncomfortable, especially at night. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improving the room amenities would make the experience much better."
