"Beautiful property in the heart of Monopoli. We had the top terrace room overlooking the sea. Staff helpful with making dinner reservations. Beach towels provided which was very convenient. Busy area within walking distance of anything you needed. Yet quiet and air conditioner was top notch. Too cold even at times. But was needed in the 37 degree heat we had. Parking can be tricky so be careful to not get a ticket like we did. Would definately stay again. Room is lovely but quite small but with the terrace it was not needed."

"This property is a dream. Beautiful views. Great layout for a family of 4. Very responsive management. Steps are only a problem if you have mobility issues as our young kids did fine with them. You will note that the nearby beach is under construction but it was not a problem as there are other nice beaches within walking distance and we didn't hear construction noises. We are ready to come back in a few years and stay here again."

"Wonderful place to stay in Monopoli, specifically as a foreigner! My girlfriend and I traveled here for a wedding. We were not familiar with the region or city and do not speak italian but staying at Bellariva made the entire experience easy and luxurious. The bedroom and bathroom amenities were clean and of high quality. The air conditioning worked perfectly which was very important for us given that we stayed in early July when temperatures reached up to 95F. Our hosts also made our local travel easy for us by booking a private taxi both in advace as well as at a very last minue need when Uber was not working for us. Some things to note are that the room requires a 25euro per day cleaning fee at check in and does not permit unregistered guests to enter per city and police ordinance. These things are very fair and understandable to us but worth mentioning depending of travel plans. We recommend staying here to travelers from around the world and are very grateful for to hosts being so kind and welcoming to us."
