They contacted us well before our arrival, asked about our bed preferences, kept us informed leading up to our trip, and made the entire check-in process seamless.
When we arrived, they were waiting for us and immediately made us feel at home. They gave us excellent recommendations for parking, restaurants, and things to do in the area. Their customer service was truly exceptional—without a doubt some of the best I’ve ever experienced. They genuinely cared about making our stay perfect, and it showed in every interaction.
The room itself was absolutely charming. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly cozy. I loved the authentic Puglian architecture, which gave the property so much character while still feeling modern. Everything was new, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. My room overlooked one of the charming little streets, and waking up to that sweet view each morning made the experience even more special.
The location was my favorite part. It was perfect for exploring the historic center while still feeling peaceful and authentic. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
