"The room/apartment I was assigned to (4) was gorgeous, and very unique. I fell in love as soon as I entered. The owner was very accommodating although she was quite busy and obviously stressed. The breakfast at Komera was exceptional, and in a very nice setting. My only complaint was the a/c which barely functioned and required that I keep pressing jet mode every 15 minutes, and even that was inadequate. Classic LG junk. Sleep was not great because of that, and only that. There was no noise, whatsoever, and the location could not have been better."

"Conveniently located to explore the old city and also close enough to the railway station to use as a base for exploring nearby towns - this is why we chose this property for a 6 day stay. Our host was super helpful and he also assisted us with local travel advice. Highly recommended."

"I had a wonderful experience at Palazzo Indelli. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic area of Monopoli. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and has a beautiful, lively atmosphere. I also really appreciated all the help and kindness I received from the reception staff. They were very welcoming and made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Palazzo Indelli to anyone visiting Monopoli."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Fiscaiolo! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the historic centre, making it incredibly easy to explore everything on foot. Our room was an average size for Italy, but the layout was very well thought out, so it felt comfortable and manageable. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was definitely appreciated after some hot days exploring. A huge bonus is having access to a washer and dryer if you need to do a load of laundry during your stay. The rooftop patio was another highlight — the perfect spot to sit with a drink and take in the beautiful views overlooking the water. One thing to note for anyone with mobility issues: there are stairs to reach the accommodation, and you’ll need to carry your luggage up, so this is something to keep in mind when booking. Our host, Marcello, was extraordinarily helpful, incredibly responsive, and made the entire stay so easy. We would absolutely recommend Palazzo Fiscaiolo and would happily stay here again!"

"Excellent location in the heart of old town by the harbour. Spacious room that is comfortable and well kept with a lot of amenities. Friendly reception and amazing transfer straight from the train station since we rely on public transport for our trip. Huge variety at breakfast , fresh coffee and plenty of sweet / savoury options to choose from. Highly recommend if you are in Monopoli."

"The room we had ( Carlos v) was in an excellent location looking out to the see and harbourside from balcony and terrace. The cushions on terrace are fading from a season in the sun but apart from this fantastic. The room was serviced daily with bed changes etc. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was really good although you have to navigate some steep narrow steps up there. The view from the restaurant is brilliant."

"Elio the host was fantastic. Location great, Air conditioning worked well, everything in walking distance, bedroom spacious and comfortable, kitchen only used to make breakfast, washing machine came in handy, patio was spacious with a table and sun chairs. Only needs for improvement are walls leading to the kitchen need to be washed down or painted and kitchen floor needs a better scrub. Suggestions to future guests- bring beach towels as only 1 large and 1 small towel provided per person. I am sure if I asked they would have provided. Overall we would stay again and recommend. "Room was clean, had a tub not shower so that is something to consider getting in and out of when bathing. Booked here for the beach which is right across the street. Sandy beach, hotel provides you with towels and there is a bar next to the beach where you can get a bite to eat and have lunch on the beach. Very reasonable. The two ladies who took care of the rooms and breakfast were so lovely. Asked for more towels and it wasn't a problem. There are stairs to get to your rooms , no elevator, so you are carrying your luggage up a few flights of stairs. There is a roof top terrace with chaira to relax in afternthe beach and a hot tub. Also, owner did set up someone to pick us up at train station and bring us back when we had to leave. You must pre arrange this and give a few days notice as you cannot get a taxi when you come out of the train station. About 10 to 15 minutes walking to restaurants and shops. You feel safe walking at night."
