"This house worked out great for our two families (total of 8 people: 4 adults and 4 kids). The outdoor space is wonderful and the kids were able to split the two rooms in the basement, which worked out fine with the pull-out sofas. There is ample storage space in the bedrooms for a longer stay, and the house has a driveway, which works out perfectly if you rent a car. The town is a good 25 minute walk, but not too bad and relatively easy to get to. I'd say the closest walkable beach is about 10...
