"The view from the many terraces at this home was utterly amazing. Jaw dropping. It’s a large home with two separate guest room houses - which wasn’t 100% clear when we booked it. You definitely need a car here to get to the beach or any market or restaurant. There’s a small kitchen with a dishwasher and tons of plates/glassware (in a separate room). We even found a cooler for beach picnics. There is A/C in the bedrooms (tho one didn’t work while we were there) but not in the main shared spaces....

"Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement de Sandra . la résidence est calme et l'appartement très agréable . il est situé à proximité de plages magnifiques , et possède un accès à la mer à 50m + piscine. superbe vue sur le golfe . Ideal pour se reposer et profiter des plages. Nous avions toutes les informations utiles par WhatsApp avec les propriétaires (merci Federica et Sandra ) ."

"I really don’t know where to begin! We had 5 adults stay for 10 days. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, comfortable, first class stay. The communication and assistance was beyond expectation! From the moment we booked - throughout our stay! Max was extraordinary & accommodating. (Note: I was not easy!) Luca answered every single question quickly & with sincere concern. This 3 bedroom/3 bath en-suite was immaculate with exceptional linens, comfy beds & all of the attention to detail...

"The house is perfectly located, 20 meters to the beach, 100 meters to a great beach restaurant and everything you need within walking distance. A few items missing in the kitchen, but other than that, a perfect place to live with a family or with friends. Golfo Aranci is also a very cozy and pleasant area with everything you need for a perfect vacation. A very friendly house host, with great tips to make sure you have a good time. You need to visit this place. We will come back."

"Firstly, the owner of the property Bruno is an incredibly cool man who you would never believe has begun his 80’s. Sardinia isn’t a blue zone by accident! He’s very present and active as a host, conversing with us daily. Overall, the main reason we felt the nightly rate could be justified is that there are animals on the property like turtles, that keep kids happy. As an adult, however, we found ourselves in serious need of more. At almost $900 a night, we viewed the photos as a private house...
