"The property was very well maintained. Great communication with the host. We found a very friendly tricycle driver that was readily available at a drop of a text. Alfa mart is just a 1 minute or less walk if you need something. Minor details, need a few more towels and sharper knives. But all in all we made due. Air conditioning worked great. "Property owner is approachable, unit is complete with amenities you need for your stay (towel, bath soap, utensils, plates, microwave oven and ref. Have an overlooking view at taal lake too. "

"All kitchen utensils for guest to use were all filthy. All floor rugs seems used by the previous guest and looks disgusting. Both bathrooms smells so bad. The picture of the pool that presented is misleading, that’s only for hotel guests and inaccessible for apartment guests. This is the worse by far of all my reservations and not worth the price."
