"Upon check-in, we need to wait for 25-30mins for the caretaker to give us the room key considering that we called them several times ton inform what time we’ll arrive. Upon check out, we need to wait for them again to give back the key since the inhouse staff in the building are not allowed to get the key. Guests need to walk few mins under the sun to get to the pool and parking area.condo lobby in tower 2 is hot, not a welcoming temp, seems the ac is not working.upon booking,the website says...

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Avana Hills Tagaytay! We were a group of 10 and had a wonderful stay! The place is clean, new, spacious, and very comfortable. All 4 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and air conditioning, which was perfect for our group. The common hallway isn’t air-conditioned, but it was completely fine. The family room has a fan, and the balcony has a beautiful view. We loved having access to the kitchen with provided utensils, which allowed my sister to cook homemade...

"This property should not be listed in Expedia nor other booking platforms. We made a booking on behalf of my brother thinking that it's at Pico and the property would be nice. They were upgraded to a two bedroom, but was of a downgrade. Cleanliness and providing basic essentials are part of being a host. NOT this one. Anyhow, they've checked out the next day. "
