"Although the unit owner was prompt replying to our text/email messages, the unit was not maintained well for guests to stay. It was not clean when we arrived, we had to ask to clean the unit again especially the bathroom. Roaches were visible, I won’t recommend this unit to any guests."

We asked for a different room if one was available, and the management was kind enough to accommodate us, which was had a better shower and bidet, but the main room still had several small roaches. In their website is a joke don’t believe the amenities is included if you book a room with them but in person you are not allowed to use the swimming pool.If you wanna swim they ask you to pay per head. The room is not clean the bed frame is broken the kitchen stuff is dirty more in more…. #never again to these place "

"The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind. Her place is very neat and linens are clean and smells good too. And if you’re planning to cook your own food, better buy ahead all your needs before going there unless you bring your own car.
